Shipping policy

Fulfillment & Shipment Timing
All orders placed before 1pm (Eastern-US) on weekdays will be processed & shipped same day. For any orders received after 1pm, we will attempt to ship them out same day but more than likely they'll ship on the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following business day excluding federal holidays.

Cost
Eden's Market offers free shipping on all orders over $75.00. Orders under $75.00 will be charged the shipping rate based on the shipping service you (the customer) choose when checking out.

Packaging
In an effort to reduce single-use waste & increase sustainability in our business operations, Eden's Market reuses packaging materials from our vendors including cardboard boxes, bubble or paper wrapping, zipped bags for liquid products, & ice packs for refrigerated products. All items are cleaned & sanitized according to local health standards before being reused. Should you prefer brand new materials be used for your order, you will be charged an additional $5.00. 

Damage During Transit
Even though we make our best efforts to prevent damage during transit, it can occur. Eden's Market is not responsible for the care of the products during transit. If an item becomes damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the order, and we will assist as best as we can with the return and claim with the shipping company used.
